We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven Senior Social Media Specialist to lead our social media strategy and execution. This role is pivotal in building our brand presence, engaging our audience, and driving measurable results across all social platforms. What you will do:
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis and stay abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor content and engagement strategies accordingly.
- Track performance of KPIs against our goals, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Content Creation & Management:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels.
- Create and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns, including influencer marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine content and targeting strategies.
- Manage social media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports on key metrics, including reach, engagement, website traffic, and conversions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Present social media performance reports to leadership.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate social media strategies and results to internal and external audiences.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Expertise in social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights, third-party analytics tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Experience with paid social media advertising.
- Experience with influencer marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent in English. A second major European language is a plus.
