We’re seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to join our Infra As A Service team in Barcelona (hybrid). You will be joining a team of experienced Infrastructure and Network engineers that manage the Digital Transformation to a Full Infrastructure as Code with the best procedures and tools that are in the market. What you will do: 
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks 

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. 

The Infras services catalogue is mainly built on top of Cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform and top of OnPrem Platforms like VMWare. Services still running on On-Premises, are planned to be moved to Cloud at some point soon. All of this is managed with our team values (Commitment, humour & passion). Infras As A Service catalogue is formed by:

·  VMware
·  Horizon WorkSpace (Virtual Desktops)
·  Certificate Management
·  GCVE
·  GKE
·  Dockers
·  Veeam
·  SAN Storage
·  Google Cloud, Azure, Amazon
·  Arista and Cisco Hardware
·  F5 LoadBalancers
·  Fortigate Firewall
·  ZTNA/Sase
·  Identity Management
·  Finance Services
·  Corporate Services
·  Jira Service
·  Security Services

Managed services from our Cloud providers are also included in our catalogue:
·  GCVE (Google Cloud Vmware Engine)

We are responsible for:
·  Delivery of automated Infrastructures to our Stakeholders
·  Be in charge of a Backup As A Service to deliver value to our customers
·  Be in charge of the Infrastructures Digital Transformation

We work following the GitOps paradigm and automate as much as possible principles, using tools like:
·  Terraform for Infrastructure as Code
·  GitLab-CI and Jenkins for CI/CD
·  Ansible/Powershell
·  Docker as the Build-Ship-Run anywhere philosophy
·  Kubernetes as the preferred orchestrator
·  Helm as the way to create easily deployable applications for anyone

As a Platform Engineer in the Infra As A Service team you will be in charge of:
·   Design, implement and maintain Platform configuration and automation systems
·   Ensure sustainable availability, performance and scalability of Platform infrastructure
·   Create and manage efficient and automated product deployment lifecycle
·   Collaborate with other Platform teams to implement best practices for the development lifecycle
·   Implement continuous integration, delivery and deployment methodologies

What you need to succeed:

·   DevOps/Infras experience
·   Solid experience using Git
·   Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Terragrunt
·   Experience in Scripting languages: Python, YAML, JavaScript, Powershell…
·   Experience in automation tools: Ansible
·   Experience with Orchestrators: Kubernetes, Mesos
·   Experience as an Infrastructure Engineer
·   Experience with GCP
·   Desirable experience as a Network Engineer
·   Desirable experience in Docker
·   CAN DO Attitude is a must
·   Open to learn attitude is a must
·   Methodical (Definition of Done, Ways of working)
·   Always looking for innovation and improve
