The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Finance Process Specialist in the Finance Process Team you will be in charge of:
- Responsible for managing the implementation and documentation of the new processes and redo existing processes in the Finance team, ensuring the alignment between all impacted areas
- Manage some of the New MO-BO Project Workstreams, supporting the Functional Board, in particular for those ones with focus in process improvement, efficiencies and new ways of working. Monitor the workstream calendar and execution. Scope, risk, communication and stakeholder management
- Participate or lead different projects sponsored by the Finance team or by other teams with an impact on the Finance department
- Understand partner needs to properly plan and execute the process’s transformation successfully
- Collaborate with the different business areas, Finance Projects Team, Technical areas and other stakeholders to optimize or build processes considering both internal and external dependencies, across eDo platforms, being compliance quality and internal control
- Tracking and reporting project progress to the relevant stakeholders on a regular basis, highlighting issues or delays, risks and mitigation actions and be a ‘go to’ person for feedback on the development of project/program management standards

- Proven 5 years’ experience on Process/Project management within multinational environments for a mid to large size organization.
- Accounting Knowledge
- Degree/professional qualification or equivalent work experience required.
- Demonstrable experience in the use of documentation tools, project evolution reports, creation of user manuals documentation and reporting of KPIs
- Demonstrate influencing skills to achieve solutions and dealing with challenging stakeholder situations
- Demonstrate experience in improvement processes in the Finance department, back office, management and control tools
- When faced with issues, apply lateral thinking and analyses available information to solve problems and engages with teams to resolve
- Ability to Influence partners and/or organizational leadership through effective listening and communication to accomplish program/project goals
- Ability to handle multiple high priority projects in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment
- Use a variety of communications methods to deliver information meaningful to the audience and project needs
- Solid understanding of both financial and technical concepts
- Strong analytical skills and experience of producing business requirements documentation
- Fluent Spanish & English is a must
- Agile methodology: Kanban/Scrum
- Advanced user on MS Office tools
Desirable skills:
- Experience implementing ERP Financial modules (SAP) will be highly appreciated.
- Travel & accommodation industry knowledge
- JIRA tool knowledge
- Technical background for understanding the Finance Function
