We’re seeking our next Experiments & Insights Lead to join our eDreams ODIGEO Experiments & Insights team. As a Lead, your mission is to develop and lead a team of data analysts by fostering collaboration, standardizing analytical approaches, and ensuring alignment both within and across verticals. What you will do:
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Lead in the Experiments & Insights team, you will be in charge of:
Team Development & Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and support a high-performing team of data analysts.
- Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where experimentation and learning are core to the team’s culture.
- Provide guidance and coaching.
Strategic Project Leadership:
- Lead key cross-functional initiatives by defining roadmaps, coordinating execution, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Cross-Vertical & Intra-Vertical Alignment:
- Ensure consistency in data sources, KPIs, and analytical methodologies across verticals and teams.
- Drive alignment and knowledge-sharing among analysts supporting the same verticals, helping to standardize dashboards, reports, and processes.
Problem Identification & Impactful Solutions:
- Act as the voice of the analysts to surface challenges and opportunities.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and escalate high-impact topics for prioritization.
Business & Data Alignment:
- Maintain a strong understanding of both product and business priorities across verticals.
- Ensure the analytical work is relevant, timely, and supports the company’s strategic objectives.
Best Practices & Innovation:
- Champion experimentation and analytics best practices, ensuring teams apply robust methodologies to their work.
- Contribute to innovation in tooling, statistical methods, and internal processes to scale our experimentation framework.
Hands-On Data Analysis:
- When needed, contribute directly to complex analyses and collaborate on high-impact projects.
- Help set quality standards and provide methodological support across the team.

Technical Competencies:
- Strong command of SQL (preferably in BigQuery), basic R or Python programming skills (mostly for data extraction and data manipulation), and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., LookerStudio, Tableau, Looker).
Specific Competencies:
- Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and statistical concepts (significance testing, confidence intervals, power analysis, etc.).
Soft skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, UX, Engineering, and other data teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.
- Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows.
- AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
- Collaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as “pair programmers” to complement traditional software development practices.
