We’re seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our Accommodation SP team in Barcelona (Hybrid) to be responsible for growing eDreams Odigeo Accommodation portfolio of online hotels by contracting and managing the assigned strategic accounts of hotel chains. The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Strategic Partnership Manager in the Accommodation SP you will be in charge of:
- Contact, pitch eDreams ODIGEO benefits and negotiate a collaboration agreement with the new assigned prospect partners.
- Meet the KPI metrics for the assigned accounts by working towards profitable sales volumes and strategic objectives.
- Execute effectively based on targets, goals and strategic objectives.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key people in assigned Hotel Chains by delivering superior consulting services and capturing marketing and sales opportunities.
- Based on company priorities, to design a quarterly road map of business initiatives and follow up, including the optimization of live accounts assigned (content, rates and availability) & the contracting of prospects.
- Ownership of building & presenting to each key person in every hotel chain account the quarterly business review and action plan to ensure we work commonly towards the same goal.
- Secure promotional offers to support the brands’ merchandising and marketing efforts.
- Manage and lead discussions with internal services such as Connectivity team to ensure the accomplishment of the sales volumes target.
- Ensure fluent communication with assigned partners via email, phone, webinar and visits.
- Provide ongoing input to the Head of Strategic partnership for developing effective and scalable solutions to improve process efficiencies.
- To actively participate in the Technological progression of the company by proposing new implementations and/or test new tools.

- Hospitality Management degree or Hospitality background.
- Good negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Team player, empathic and relationship builder. Action-oriented, results-focused and metrics-driven
- Ability to generate ideas and multitask effectively
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Any other European languages are very welcome. - Yield and revenue management knowledge and analytical skills.
- Good motivational skills and appetite for learning
- IT skills: Channel Managers & Connectivity knowledge and Proficiency with CRM tools. Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.
- Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows.
- AI-Enhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.
- Collaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as “pair programmers” to complement traditional software development practices.
