Role Mission
The Accommodation Connectivity Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of Accommodation supply connectivity. Leading a team of 2-3 Connectivity Specialists, this role focuses on optimizing, enhancing and expanding integrations with connectivity partners, including channel managers, switches / aggregators, bedbanks, and other accommodation technology partners to ensure seamless connectivity, increased efficiency, and improved accommodation partner performance.
Working hand in hand with the Inventory Commercial teams and Supply Product teams, you will be responsible for delivering the connectivity projects to achieve the commercial goals of the Accommodation area.
The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Strategic Leadership & Partnership Development
- Define and execute the connectivity strategy to enhance accommodation content acquisition, integration, and management – both for dynamic and static content.
- Build and nurture relationships with key hotel technology providers, including channel managers, switches, bedbanks, and static content providers.
- Identify and evaluate new connectivity opportunities to expand the organization’s accommodation inventory. Lead on the contract negotiations with new partners.
- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Sales, Account Management and Operations) to align connectivity initiatives with business objectives and build the associated enhancement plans and roadmaps.
Technology & Integration Management
- Oversee the integration process of new connectivity solutions, ensuring seamless API connections from the business perspective.
- Collaborate with the Product teams on new initiatives to improve the Accommodation supply integrations.
- Monitor and optimize API performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues with internal teams and external partners.
Operational Efficiency & Performance Optimization
- Drive operational excellence by improving automation and efficiency in Accommodation supply connectivity.
- Establish best practices for onboarding and maintaining connected accommodation suppliers within the platform.
- Analyze connectivity data to optimize booking conversion, reduce errors, and enhance partner experience.
- Work closely with the account management teams to maximize the value of connected partners.
Market & Industry Insights
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the hotel distribution and connectivity space.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to foster relationships and promote innovation.
- Provide insights and recommendations on improving connectivity performance based on market intelligence.
Team management
- Lead and coach a small team of Connectivity Specialists, providing the required support and training to ensure ongoing development Define the targets / KPIs for team members and drive high performance
What you need to succeed:

- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in business or tech related fields
- At least 8 years of work experience in a similar role. Experience in an OTA, travel technology provider, or hospitality tech company with hands-on experience with XML/API-based hotel connectivity solutions.
- Experience in the hotel industry is a must, including experience with hotel distribution systems and knowledge of OTA standard API.
- Proven leadership experience in managing partnerships and connectivity projects.
- At least 2 years of team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally across both technical and commercial departments. Ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders.
- Project management skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is a MUST. Any other European languages are very welcome
- Drive and resilience, with ability to work under pressure and deal with ambiguity
