We’re seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to join our Adverstising Team in Barcelona (hybrid) in a strong growth environment and will report directly to the Head of AdOperations, Data & Audiences, based in Barcelona.

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Ad Ops Specialist you will be in charge of:
Main responsibilities
Role Mission: Coordinate and set up Media Services campaigns align with the partners’ expectations and delivering performing campaign’s results.
Role Responsabilities:
- Advertising campaign management tasks: Trafficking and monitoring of online advertising campaigns across eDreams ODIGEO network including creative upload, creative testing and troubleshooting, parameter set up, optimization and any applicable edits;
- Working with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of Social Media and Newsletters campaigns, and to coordinate the creation of the materials needed for the delivery of all campaigns with Brand and Webmaster team;
- Working with Account Management and Business Dev Manager teams to insure timely delivery of all creative materials and their compliance with site ad guidelines and specs;
- Insuring all campaign goals are met including start and end dates and impression goal;
- Supporting Account Manager and Business Dev Manager teams by providing impressions forecast and product availability for Media Plans
- Extracting delivery reports from the third party application (GAM) to ensure proper campaign tracking and on delivery;
- Analyzing campaign reports and making recommendations of actions to ensure delivery and performance;
- Analyzing by reporting to identify best practices and insights for Newsletters, IAB Banners, Microsites and SM actions, and share them to MS team to support Sales and AM teams on briefing the partners.
- Good understanding of Google Ad Manager usage.

- Must possess a BS/BA degree with a minimum of 1 year of digital advertising experience.
- Campaign management & trafficking experience.
- Knowledge of ad serving technology, such as Google AdManager.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Keen eye for detail. Strong teamwork skills. Energetic, organized , and have the ability to multitask in a fast paced and challenging work environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of at least one more European language (preferably French, German or Italian).
- Programmatic knowledge would be a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML
- Working knowledge of Excel.
